Responsibilities
Prototype and evaluate AI workflows that align with real operational use instead of isolated demos.
Design practical evaluation methods for quality, failure modes, and trust boundaries.
Contribute technical insight across research notes, frameworks, and production-facing recommendations.
Work with engineering to keep AI systems observable, governable, and understandable.
Qualifications
Experience with applied machine learning, LLM systems, or AI workflow design.
Comfort designing evaluations and interpreting system behavior beyond benchmark scores.
Ability to write and reason clearly about tradeoffs, limitations, and operating models.
A rigorous approach to experimentation without losing sight of product usefulness.
